We offer a high-quality mathematics education which provides a foundation for understanding the world, the ability to reason mathematically and to find a sense of enjoyment and curiosity about the subject. Mathematics equips pupils with the skills needed to interpret and analyse information and simplify and solve problems.
We plan a curriculum for mathematics which aims to ensure that all pupils:
- Become fluent in the fundamentals of mathematics
- Reason mathematically by following a line of enquiry
- Can solve problems by applying their mathematics to a variety of problems

Multiplication is a key skill in Maths. Children are taught various methods to support their understanding in class but also have access to TT Rock stars to further develop their knowledge and recall in a fun and interactive way that is accessible both in school and at home.
