A parent or guardian may request a paper copy of any of the school policies and documents: such copy will be supplied in 10 working days: a charge will be made for this service to cover the cost of materials and administration.

In compliance with DfE guidelines regarding statutory requirements for trust websites, this is to confirm that at St Mary's CE VA Primary Academy there is nothing to declare as of August 2025:

• No time has been taken off by staff across our schools as union officials.
• For trusts with a turnover of more than £36 million a modern slavery statement is required. St. Mary's does not have a turnover of more than £36 million.
• No St. Mary's employee’s benefits exceeded £100k per annum.
• A financial notice to improve has not been issued to St. Mary's
